Our story: connecting talent with opportunity

At Dutchland Agro Traineeship, we help host dairy farm companies across the Netherlands build stronger international talent pathways through one structured system. We combine candidate selection, visa coordination, pre-arrival training, onboarding support, and team development into one connected process. This helps reduce onboarding time, improve retention, and helps candidates and trainees contribute faster.

Our founder and CEO, Mr. Ransford Ato Kwamena Erskine, an agricultural science graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology - Ghana and a past trainee from Middelweerd Agro CV in the Netherlands, ignites the team with his expertise in the field of agriculture. He won a National Agricultural Recognition award from the Presidency of the Republic of Ghana in 2022 as The Most Outstanding Youth in Agriculture for Ghana. He has been recognized and awarded in several prestigious agricultural schemes including the IAAS WORLD 2023 as The Most Innovative Pitcher (Africa Category). His contributions to agricultural student leadership in Africa are unchallenged, having served as Vice President of IAAS KNUST, Programs Coordinator of IAAS KNUST, Finance Board Member of IAAS AFRICA, Congress Member for IAAS GHANA 2021, 2022 and 2023, National Service Personnel Association of Ghana Vice President for Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources President KNUST and SRC Parliamentary Member for KNUST.
