Step 1: Express your interest

Step 2: Prepare your documents for evaluation
After your initial expression of interest, we will respond with a request for essential documents. To streamline this stage, please have the following ready:
- Academic transcripts
- Degree certificate
- Ghana Card (or equivalent national ID)
- A casual photograph
- European standard CV
These documents are crucial for our initial evaluation.
Step 3: Candidate evaluation and placement
Once you successfully pass our evaluation stage, we will place your profile within our network of host farmers. This means your application will be accessible to potential employers seeking talented agricultural graduates like yourself for dairy farm traineeships.
Steps 4 to 6: Interview and contract finalisation
When an employer expresses interest in your profile, we will arrange an interview between you and the potential employer. Upon the employer’s satisfaction with the interview, we will proceed to prepare the contract documents. The process concludes with both the employer and candidate signing the agreement.
Steps 7 to 9: Immigration and visa approval
Following the signed contract, we will initiate the IND immigration process. This involves submitting necessary documentation for your stay in the Netherlands. You will then need to visit the embassy for biometrics, leading to your visa approval, a crucial step for your relocation.
Steps 10 to 13: Travel and start of work
